Yesterday I participated for the second time in the Highlander (track B). At 7 clock we started with the best weather conditions in the race and at the first ascent to Bödele I had to twice escape briefly, but I stood up not and went straight on where I came across a 10 group with which I have up to Au went to the refreshment area. In the refreshment I had only the exchanged water bottles and then went straight on after Andreas Hochtannberg direction. On this track, I had to pull him enough to leave because I had problems with my knee. Top, I drove without stopping at the refreshment station on and so could recover my knee up to Lech something, then came the final climb towards Zürs what I felt in my knee again. When I arrived at the refreshment station for the last time I replaced my water bottle and then went by way to Hohenems. Although the route of this year was ca.30km longer I'm only 5 min. more needed than in the previous year. greeting
