Today started my day already at 3:30 clock. Still tired from the day before I grabbed my bike on the car and drove to Daniel Elke and Landeck. Landeck I finished the formula stuff and went at 6:20 in the launch area. was started when our block 3 at 6:45, I still felt really the M2 from the previous day in my bones but they calmed down with time and so I reached around 9:12 Bielerhöhe I find after a short stay on the same refreshment station again started to Bludenz. At about 10:40 I gave me strength again at the refreshment station in Dallas and then continued to rise at last to St. Christopher. Once there I was happy about my performance and just ran with joy to the finish in Landeck which I reached at 13:35. (157 km - 2790 HM) greeting
