Different Colored License Plates
On Saturday I was at the 12th World Games of Mountain Biking on Start.Um 9, we have started in Saalbach Hinterglemm, first we went neutralized to Saalbach (1003m) then the first increase came to Panoramaal (1650m further we drove back to Saalbach from there came the long climb to Schattberg East (2000m) from where it went to Schattberg West (2095m) then descend to where we were attacked. We drove over gravel roads and single trails in the direction where I Saalbach Hinterglemm shortly before the finish came twice to fall. After 4:09 hours I am only satisfied with a few scratches arrived at the finish. It was a great race in the next year I'm sure there again. Greetings Reinhard (43 kilometers and 2000 hm)

Tschengla Bike 2010 28.08.10
Today, I was already at 4 times the Tschengla bike at the start, as almost a tradition, it was once again a real nasty weather. This year we are for the first time on the new Distance traveled >> Town Hall Bürserberg (START Height: 892m) - Matin - Ausserberg - Monteschiel - Vilschena - Tschengla - Old Saw - Loischbahn valley - Alpstall Burtscha - turn Klamprastall - Burtscha saddle (AIM Mountain Station Panorama Lift height: 1644m) length 12km << this track is really great and ride in the rain well (which is important when Tschenglabike) ;-). I drove for me a satisfying race because I had some problems at the last race with my knee I had a look today whether it is fully loaded again. I still had some pain in the knee and pull in the foot but I'm confident again and think it's the next race in Saalbach Hinterglemm (11/11/2010) everything is back to full strength.
